About the Role
As a Culinary Intern, you will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the Culinary Department and hotel outlets (e.g. Sofra bld Restaurant, Afya Restaurant, Shang Palace Restaurant, Pool Bar / Amalfi, Banquet, Lobby Lounge, and Private Dining), learning at different levels of responsibility, and working with a team. You will also provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
