Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) Consultant with a background in management consulting and deep expertise in commodity trading. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on the implementation and optimization of CTRM systems, leveraging their management consulting skills to drive strategic initiatives and deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities: CTRM System Implementation:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of CTRM systems for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize CTRM solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
- Provide expertise in developing risk management strategies and compliance frameworks within the commodity trading domain.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend enhancements to clients\' risk management processes.
- Analyze current business processes related to commodity trading and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with clients to optimize workflows, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Utilize management consulting skills to understand clients\' business challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute plans that align with business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of CTRM systems.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to CTRM solutions.
- Leverage data analytics to extract meaningful insights from commodity trading data.
- Design and implement reporting mechanisms to enable clients to make informed business decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in commodity trading and risk management.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CTRM Consultant with a focus on commodity trading.
- Strong background in management consulting, with a track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of CTRM systems, preferably experience with leading platforms.
- Familiarity with risk management practices and regulatory requirements in the commodity trading sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
