Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Crypto Trader to join our Digital Assets Division in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a proprietary crypto trading desk, with a strong focus on systematic strategies and high-frequency execution across both centralized and decentralized venues.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute crypto trading strategies across spot and derivatives markets.
Identify alpha-generating opportunities using a data-driven approach.
Monitor market trends, order book dynamics, and macro/crypto-specific news flow.
Manage risk and capital allocation with precision.
Interface with exchanges, brokers, and custodians to ensure optimal execution.
Take full ownership of P&L and performance metrics of the crypto desk.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience trading digital assets (prop, hedge fund, or exchange-based preferred).
Proven experience in systematic or algorithmic trading.
Strong coding and quantitative skills (Python, SQL, etc.); experience with back testing frameworks is a plus.
Understanding of market microstructure, trading APIs, and DeFi protocols.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high attention to detail.
Based in Dubai or open to relocation.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field is preferred.
