About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Crypto Product & Admin Assistant

to support our Product Manager and wider team across daily operations, research, and light administrative work. Although the role sits in the Product department, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, organization, and staying plugged into the crypto space.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. You'll assist with market insights, documentation, internal coordination, and small marketing or content tasks. If you're adaptable, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced crypto startup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Product Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Assist with market research, chart reading, and simple TA. Prepare and maintain internal documents, reports, and basic spreadsheets. Contribute to simple marketing tasks such as short copywriting, email marketing or social posts. Help maintain internal documentation and support lightweight CRM updates when needed. Perform basic data-related tasks using Excel or Google Sheets. Keep tasks organized, follow up with team members, and maintain smooth workflows. Support internal product testing and feature checks. Provide general administrative support to ensure the team stays efficient and aligned.

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of crypto markets and basic technical analysis. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable handling simple data tasks in Excel or Google Sheets. Creative mindset with the ability to support light marketing or content tasks. Ability to manage multiple small tasks and stay on top of priorities. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and comfort within a fast-moving environment. Based in Dubai and available for on-site work.

Nice to have (not mandatory):

familiarity with Notion, CRMs (e.g., Zoho), and simple AI tools.
