Job description we are looking for candidates having the gas company experience GENERAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Cryogenic Services Technician performs installation and maintenance on cryogenic systems throughout the UAE area. Involves Cryogenic tanks for LOX/LIN/LAR/LCO2 gases, Atmospheric Vaporizers, Gas Mixers, Gas Manifolds, Gas Piping, etc. 2. Must be able to perform fabrication of various items using threaded pipe, brazed copper, compression fitting stainless, welded steel, brazed bronze, etc. Willing to train a motivated individual 3. Ability to travel anytime to customer sites for attending service/breakdown on a priority basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 4. Day-to-day responsibility for the management, safe operation, and regular maintenance of the liquid TANK installations including bulk storage vessels, associated pipework, and manifolds. Identifying & rectifying faults when they occur. 5. Servicing and operation of vacuum pumps in the Department. Maintaining service records, ordering spares, and service parts. 6. Perform hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting, service, and repair of cryogenic tanks, pumps, and related equipment for the LOX,LIN, LAR,LCO2, and industrial gases. 7. Provide high-level technical support to customers at their location, handle services and respond to customer queries. 8. Provide on-site equipment training to customers; support installation, commissioning, repair, and spare parts management 9. Create field service reports and maintain service information. 10. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits 11. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions 12. Timely completion and submit all required paperwork 13. Ability to read prints and schematics 14. Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills 15. Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented environment 16. Ability to communicate with customers at all levels. 17. Assemble and secure pipes, tubing, and related equipment, according to specification by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints 18. Cut, thread, and hammer pipes to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders. 19. Inspect, examine and test installed systems and pipe lines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing observation, or other methods. 20. Modify, clean and maintain pipe system, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools 21. Plan pipe system layout, installation or repair according to specifications 22. Assist operation on all customer purging requirements. 23. Reports to immediate superior all non-conforming materials and services received for use in his areas or operations and include recommendations for corrections. 24. Reports problems encountered for new processes or changes and include suggestions to resolve the same 25. Attends all training required in his job and consistently applies to the job assigned all training and re-training received relative to his work 26. Performs other duties which might be assigned as a support to the department' Objective. 27. Demonstrate a high standard of safety awareness and housekeeping. Skills: Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repairs and maintenance Equipment Selection- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job. Quality Control Analysis- Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. Equipment Maintenance- perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Repairing machines or systems using needed tools. Arm steadiness- Ability to keep hand and arm steady Manual Dexterity- Ability to quickly move the hand Written comprehension- ability to read and understand information and drawings Good eye vision and speak English Job Type: Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
