Job description Are you an experienced Manager in a Crusher industry? We\'re in search of a dedicated individual to join our team and play a crucial role in the operation of our plant that drive the success of our organization. What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:

Must be a proven successful Crusher Manager with experience in aggregate processing or related industry.
Familiarity with the quality targets and the crusher SOPs; apply standards and take corrective actions when required.
Ability to make production plans according to the instructions of the management.
8 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years UAE experience in Crusher Industry.
B.S. in Mining Engineering or equivalent

What You\'ll Be Doing:

Manage the crusher and provide direction and resources as necessary to assist in the achievement of the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
Maintain desired level of production and product quality.
Develop operating and capital budgets, monitor and forecast cost performance on a monthly or weekly basis.
Monitor and control all costs to meet established budgetary goals.
Responsible for maintaining required documentation. Effectively collect, compile, and communicate data and information in a professional and effective manner.
Execute and monitor all respective internal controls, ensuring efficient activities that support organizational objectives, while adhering to applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with the authorities, environmental and company\xe2\x80\x99s health and safety standards; apply standards and take corrective actions when required.
Project a positive and professional image as a representative of the company internally and externally.
Practice and promote safety including but not limited to; assessing risks before starting tasks, performing only authorized activities, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Responsible for all aspects of crusher operations including supervision, quality, technical support and safety.
Responsible for maintaining harmonious relationship between Company and employees.
Other duties as assigned.
