The Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of multiple cross-functional projects within Supply Chain, Finance & Business. We are looking for a person who has the passion to lead change, who has a strong background in multidisciplinary project management activities with proven track record of excellent project delivery capabilities, is customer-centric and collaborative, has excellent stakeholder management, as well as communication & presentation skills. Additionally, outstanding risk management, as well as the ability to adapt to working within a matrix organization with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, and excellent time and resource management will be critical for this role. The Project Manager will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and navigate complex business partner dynamics to garner support and ensure effective delivery and alignment with project goals and objectives.

Qualifications: Proven track record as Project Manager of successfully managing/leading and delivering complex and large-scale projects from concept through delivery and operations stage required. Project Management degree or certifications are a plus Previous experience in managing supply chain and business projects strongly preferred Extensive matrix & cross-functional stakeholder management experience and the ability to navigate and influence diverse groups of business partners, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking with a keen ability to anticipate and address challenges are required. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills across various forums and diverse audiences. Strong ability to prioritize, manage time and deadlines effectively, and assess and communicate risk are required. Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, building positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders in a challenging environment. Must have a collaborative approach, and the ability to connect and to manage complexity and ambiguity. Key Accountabilities

Manage a diverse range of projects within Supply Chain, Finance and Business, spanning from small, short-term initiatives to integral work streams in complex projects. Collaborate closely with finance, supply chain and business partners, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align with organizational needs. Develop the right management approach delivering on given scope, milestones and deliverables Displaying an entrepreneurial mindset by actively promoting the emergence of innovative ideas to settle the ambitioned value proposition. Demonstrating team play and a continuous improvement mindset by utilizing your knowledge and experience to progressing of the foreseen team Goals.

Who are you You have academic training in supply chain or finance or a comparable professional qualification. You also have a "doer mindset" to design projects and reliably achieve goals. In addition, you have the following: You have already gained strong knowledge of project management in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in managing cross-functional and complex projects. You are familiar with agile working methods and/or Lean Six Sigma (Scrum Master qualification, Lean Six Sigma Belt desirable) You are characterized by high social skills and excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken). You demonstrate a structured and result-oriented way of working combined with strong analytical thinking skills. A strong understanding of the market and environment combined with the ability to define strategic goals and achieve them with a high level of initiative round off your profile.
