Croissant Baker is responsible to manages all day-to-day operations of the croissants section of our bakery. The job consists of making croissants, viennoiseries, pastries, and mixing dough every day, shaping, sheeting proofing and baking for our retail distribution.
Ensure the use of fresh, quality ingredients, and manage inventory to minimize waste and maintain cost control.
Focus on good presentation, paying attention to the visual finish of all pastry items.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Prefer candidates with two years pastry experience
Disciplined with proper handling and storage of kitchen and baking equipment
