Creating and maintaining automated processes within the system, such as creating tasks, sending alerts and automatic reports.
Adjusting the system to accurately reflect the needs of the business. For example, defining custom fields, creating customized screens (views) for different teams.
Creating users in the system and defining their permissions according to their role in the organization.
Conducting training for the different teams to ensure that they know how to use the system most effectively.
Providing support to system users in the event of technical problems, malfunctions or difficulties in operating the system.
Creating customized reports for different needs of the organization
Working with development teams or software providers to develop and adapt the system to business needs, while using advanced technologies.
Daily monitoring of the performance of the CRM system.
Creating improvements and upgrades based on user feedback.

Job Profile
At least one year of prior experience working with CRM systems
. Experience in defining processes:
working with workflows, defining custom fields, defining customized reports and screens.Ability to solve technical problems in the CRM system, and provide support to users.
Technological understanding:
Basic familiarity with web technologies, databases and API's (application programming interfaces), especially in the context of integration between systems.
