Manage the CRM team

Back Order Management with Proper Approvals. Sales Order Cancellations and Cleanup on Daily Basis. Customer Contacts Management and Proper Update in SAP. Weekly Price List Building and Circulation to Customers. Sales Order Processing Monitoring (SLAs). Weekly Mailing of SOA to Customers. Ensure no Sales Order is created without a PI/PO from customer or customer confirming directly to Sales Ops.
