Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Retention Strategy Development: Design and implement retention strategies aimed at reducing churn, increasing repeat business, and enhancing customer loyalty.

2. Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to segment and target users with personalized campaigns that address their needs, behaviours, and preferences.

3. Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute retention-focused campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to engage and retain existing customers.

4. Customer Journey Optimization: Monitor and optimize the customer journey through CRM tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation at key touchpoints.

5. Engagement Analysis: Track and measure the performance of retention campaigns and customer engagement efforts, providing regular reports on KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and churn rates.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams to align retention initiatives with broader business goals.

7. Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage customer loyalty programs that encourage long-term engagement and reward repeat customers.

8. Personalized Communication: Leverage CRM platforms to send personalized content, offers, and messages to customers, ensuring relevance and value.

9. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of different retention strategies to determine the most effective approaches for customer engagement. 1
