We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist / Quality Control professional to manage our customer relationship management systems and ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will monitor CRM usage, evaluate data integrity, and assist in implementing strategies to enhance overall customer experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and update client feedback messages.
Ensure service quality through continuous monitoring of client-agent interactions.
Supervise CRM usage and monitor task completion.
Send reminders for CRM updates and overdue tasks.
Conduct CRM training for new joiners, including previous brokers.
Administer CRM exams for new joiners before assigning leads.
Assign leads from listing portals to responsible agents.
Reshuffle marketing campaign leads when required.
Monitor conversion rates for all assigned and reshuffled leads.
Prepare and maintain weekly duty schedules.
Create weekly reports on agents' performance and observations.
Improve processes through data analysis and feedback.
Support the Sales Director in departmental activities and performance tracking.
Perform additional tasks delegated by the Sales Director.
Monitor the full journey of leads from assignment to closure.
Ensure quality control at every stage of lead handling.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Fluent in English.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in quality control or process improvement is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM reporting tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
