CRM Specialist - Real Estate
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
CRM Specialist
to join our real estate team to manage and optimize our CRM system, supporting sales and marketing teams while improving lead management and customer experience across our real estate operations.Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize CRM data, pipelines, and automation Create, manage, and monitor property listings across CRM and connected platforms Track leads, follow-ups, and customer journeys Create reports and dashboards for sales and marketing performance Segment databases for targeted campaigns Ensure data accuracy and CRM best practices Support and train team members on CRM usage
Requirements
Atleast 1 year of CRM experience Experience with CRM platforms (Property Finder) Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams
