The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Specialist with expert-level Excel skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data administration and reporting, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of reporting tools will be an added advantage. Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. o Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills. o 1+ years of experience in the Fintech industry preferred. o Ability to multitask and handle high-priority tasks efficiently. o Strong analytical thinking, enthusiasm, and persistence in problem-solving. o Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. o Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration. o Adaptability to changing processes and future improvements. o High sense of confidentiality and professionalism. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
