Position

The CRM Specialist supports the ME team with ad hoc analysis and reports, ensuring that FENDI CRM guidelines are implemented in the ME network. He/she will provide comprehensive administration and operative support to the other functions.

Job responsibilities

Maintain the database clean and reliable, manage clients reassignment and deduplication of profiles Data Mining, KPIs tracking, Strategic Analysis and Reporting Creation and control of target list for all direct marketing activities and in-store events Cost control and budgeting activities Ensure dedicated CRM training sessions for all the new joiners & CRM Ambassadors Implement in-store moments calendar & support in all clienteling activations Creation of Competition benchmark reports Support all logistic and operative activities for the direct marketing Support coordination between retail, merchandising and communication through the formalization of events

Profile

University Degree in Business or Economics Advanced analytical skills Excellent Excel and Power point mastery Fluency in English Clienteling mindset Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique - a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style.
