Manage and distribute incoming leads to sales agents, ensuring timely follow-up and performance tracking.
CRM Oversight:
Use CRM tools (Mastersheet, Tracker) to track lead statuses, generate reports, and provide daily summaries.
Collaboration:
Act as liaison between sales and customer service, fostering seamless communication and resolving issues.
Mentorship & Problem-Solving:
Guide sales agents, resolve issues, and train new team members on CRM and lead management processes.
Technical Skills:
Use Excel and Microsoft Office to organize and analyze lead data, improving tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
Experience working in multicultural teams.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
Comfortable in a fixed-salary, non-commission role.
No prior real estate experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
