A Leading Marketing Company in Dubai is looking for a CRM ANALYST / SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi both written and spoken \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills including Word and Excel \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in a CRM role and software systems \xe2\x97\x8f Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines \xe2\x97\x8f Able to work with other CRM Agents (Team player) Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to Management \xe2\x97\x8f Organizing and Updating customer Database \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records. \xe2\x97\x8f Checking Database and communicating errors to relevant Users. \xe2\x97\x8f Updating Spreadsheets \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating with other Departments to ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner.
