Job Description

CRM & Sales Specialist for a training and consultancy service provider in Food Safety, Health safety, Occupational Safety and other management systems head quartered in Dubai.

Nurture leads from marketing campaigns, make cold calls, and qualify prospects.

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and using it to track performance and report on sales activity.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and aligned strategies.

Experience: Minimum 2 years similar Sales or CRM role is essential.

Qualification: Minimum Graduate degree.

Languages: Fluency in both English and Hindi is required.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Office tools and relevant computer skills.

Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,500 per month, plus competitive performance incentives.

Location: Sharjah /Dubai.

Preference: Candidates on a Husband's Visa.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
