The CRM Operations & Maintenance Executive plays a critical leadership role in ensuring seamless operational performance across all branches and kiosks. This position focuses strongly on
CRM administration, data management, and system optimization
, while also leading
maintenance and AMC operations
to guarantee equipment reliability and facility standards. The role will support business expansion initiatives and collaborate extensively with other departments to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Operations & System Optimization
Lead CRM system administration including user access, data accuracy, ticketing flow, and operational dashboards.
Monitor customer journeys and service requests through CRM; ensure timely closure and escalation.
Generate CRM insights, analytics, and periodic performance reports to support
Operations Management
Supervise daily operational activities across multiple branches and kiosks to maintain high service standards.
Implement and review SOPs for process consistency, productivity, and compliance.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports and performance KPIs to management.
Maintenance & Vendor Management
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, CCTV, IT systems, and play area infrastructure.
Manage AMC vendors evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLA adherence.
Track maintenance issues through CRM/tools and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation.
Conduct regular inspections to prevent downtime and ensure safety and compliance across facilities.
Team Supervision
Guide branch supervisors and frontline staff, ensuring strong operational discipline and service quality.
Monitor reporting, grooming standards, and professional behavior across teams.
Support staff onboarding through operational training and feedback monitoring during probation.
Project Execution & Fit-Out Oversight
Assist in planning and execution of new branch expansions and shop fit-outs.
Conduct site visits, track progress against schedules, and coordinate with contractors and design teams.
Ensure timely delivery of operational materials, products, and DIY kits to support launch requirements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Conduct routine audits on hygiene, safety, customer service, and brand standards.
Maintain operational logs, compliance documentation, and incident reports.
Recommend corrective actions and continuously improve operational systems and training.
Skills & Competencies
Strong CRM administration and analytical skills (mandatory)
Proven ability in maintenance supervision and vendor management
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination capabilities
Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize efficiently
Strong leadership qualities with team supervision experience
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a multi-location operational role

2 years managing CRM systems
Maintenance/AMC supervision experience (required)
Knowledge of equipment safety standards and operational compliance preferred
