Dear Candidate, We are GCH Human Resource currently hiring for one of our reputed leading developers in Dubai Location Designation: CRM Manager Experience: 5 to 6 years Location: Dubai Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Deal directly with Client either by telephone, electronically or face to face \xc2\xb7 Respond promptly to customer inquiries \xc2\xb7 Handle and resolve customer complaints Will mostly deal with the Handover costumers \xc2\xb7 Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries \xc2\xb7 Provide pricing and delivery information \xc2\xb7 Perform customer verifications \xc2\xb7 Process orders, forms, applications and requests Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
