Analyze customer data to identify buying trends and high-value customers.
Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns.
Monitor customer lifecycle stages and create retention strategies.
3. Loyalty Program Management
Manage and grow the brand's loyalty program.
Track points, rewards, and redemptions.
Engage customers through personalized offers based on their perfume preferences.
4. Campaign Management
Assist in planning and executing CRM email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
Segment customers for specific product launches or promotions.
Track campaign performance (open rate, conversion rate, retention rate).
5. Customer Service Support
Coordinate with retail teams to resolve customer issues or complaints quickly.
Collect and record customer feedback from stores and online platforms.
Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to post-purchase.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
