elmenus is a venture-backed food discovery platform with over $20M in funding based in Egypt. We are building a platform that combines a social, visual and personalized experience to help millions of people discover and order the food they will love. We are looking for the smartest, most impactful and passionate people to join our food loving team. We are currently hiring a CRM Lead who will be responsible for boosting our conversion rates and improving our customers funnel by enhancing CRM journeys. Qualifications needed:
- Planning & execution of different CRM Automation journeys to improve customer retention, reactivation, customer acquisition, and flow conversions.
- Identify CRM opportunities, monitor performance, and ensure efficiency and CRM journeys maintenance.
- Segment and analyze the customer base for better targeting and improved relevancy.
- Constant improvement of our automation activities through A/B testing.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders such as product, account management, and, Data Analytics to come up with new initiatives and product enhancements.
- Analyze restaurant performance and different ordering channels to ensure improved performance.
- Delivering detailed growth performance reports for better decision-making with each team.
- Working closely with the account management and sales teams to ensure that targets are met in all of our KPIs.
Qualifications needed:
- Proven experience in working with customer engagement tools such as Braze, WebEngage, CleverTap, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills.
