Key Roles:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their preferences and needs.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.

Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and offer personalized recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service experience.

Proactively identify and address customer concerns, resolving conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions

Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, company policies, and industry trends.

Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail

Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per retail schedule.
