This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM professional based in Doha, Qatar. The CRM Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey. This includes developing loyalty programs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, handling feedback and retention initiatives, and working closely with sales and service teams to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the
automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality industry in Qatar
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software;
hands-on experience with Keyloop is a strong advantage
.
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive strategic decisions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in English is essential;
proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Other:
Must possess a transferable visa with NOC and a valid QID.
