What you\'ll be doing

At Chalhoub we use data to make a difference. As a CRM Trainee you will provide support to marketing on capturing, reporting, analysing and utilising customer information.

• Assisting in and supporting new or existing CRM functions.
• Participating in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating sales, marketing and administrative user needs.
• Analyzing marketing data and generating reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics.
• Help the CRM team to organise, plan and create target audience for each push
• Support in stores from a CRM and digital marketing point of view
• Ensure the clientelling app is running smoothly

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Good knowledge of dashboard analytics
• Arabic speaker is a must
• You will be determined to succeed in all you do
• You take initiative, listen, learn and challenge the status quo
• You like to have fun and you will bring positivity and a smile to your work and the team!
