Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM and clienteling, preferably in the retail fashion or jewelry industry
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, with experience in implementing CRM strategies and tools
Proficient in CRM software and systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret customer data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and recommendations from data
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in English and Arabic language is required
