to lead product demonstrations, deliver CRM training to clients, manage ongoing cloud development projects, and ensure exceptional client engagement through regular in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving customer success across CRM implementations, particularly Bitrix24.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned CRM clients.
Conduct regular client visits to ensure relationship continuity and gather feedback.
Understand client business processes and ensure optimal use of Bitrix24 CRM.
Demo & Solution Presentation
Conduct professional, use-case tailored
CRM product demos
(Bitrix24 and related tools).
Explain features, use-cases, and integrations to prospects and clients.
Customize demonstration environments to suit industry-specific needs (especially real estate, retail, etc.).
Training & Onboarding
Deliver structured CRM training sessions (on-site and virtual) to new and existing clients.
Train users across different departments including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Admin.
Prepare user guides, manuals, and SOP documents for smooth adoption.
Cloud Development Support
Collaborate with internal cloud development team for CRM customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Coordinate requirements, UAT, and change requests with clients.
Ensure timely delivery and alignment of development milestones with client expectations.
CRM Optimization & Advisory
Monitor client usage patterns and recommend process improvements.
Assist in dashboard/report setup, automation enhancements, and role-based access configuration.
Stay updated with Bitrix24 feature releases and advise clients accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
2-4 years of experience in CRM implementation, account management, or presales
Hands-on experience with
Bitrix24 CRM
preferred
Strong presentation and training skills
Knowledge of cloud platforms, CRM workflows, and basic integrations (e.g., APIs, webhooks)
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in
real estate
or other
service-based industries
Familiarity with
project management tools
(e.g., Trello, Asana, Bitrix24 Tasks, or similar)
Multilingual proficiency
is an advantage -- especially in (
Arabic/Hindi/English/Tagalog)
Valid driving license and own car
are mandatory for client visits and field engagements
