Crew Manager, Saudi Arabia
Job Description
The role of Crew Manager is available with this growing organisation, leading a small team of 3 and working with a fleet of vessels servicing marine construction projects. With at least 8 years' experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for crewing operations, as well as compliance, budget control, and mentoring / coaching of the crewing team. You will ensure effective retention of quality officers and crew to ensure vessels are manned as per relevant regulations and ensuring zero downtime, working closely with Operations, Technical and Finance, as well as HR. Fluent in English, you will be fully up to date with relevant rules and regulations and be IT literate. A seafaring background would be very beneficial to the role.
