  Faststream is recruiting for an experienced Credit Risk Manager with extensive experience in a Marine Fuels Trading business, to join a rapidly growing & successful organistion from their office in Dubai, UAE.
  
  Duties will include;
  

  • Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization.
  • Evaluating, Analyzing, and Identifying potential credit risks within the company particularly on counterparty credit in fuel procurement division.
  • Managing and onboarding KYC process
  • Ensure credit procedures and trades are compliant with company and regulatory policy.
  • Implementation and continuous improvement of the group credit policy and credit operating procedures
  • Risk reporting
  • Conducting policy and compliance audits,
  • Responsible for day-to-day vessel and counterparty checks.
  • Screening of counterparties on global credit risk database.
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to in-house stakeholders and relevant external parties
  • Participate in Quantitative Risk engagements with a Credit Risk focus

  The ideal candidate will have a strong credit risk background from the shipping/maritime industry, with those having Trading experience of particular experience.
