Job Information
- Establish and foster positive relationships between the company, customers and the community
- Ensure customers get financial solutions that suit their needs, including analyzing credit worthiness for potential debtors
- Establish and maintain good relations with the media, community and the general public at large
- Can understand customer requests, and respond quickly to customer complaints
- Conduct market potential analysis, in order to identify market segments that have sufficient potential
- Comply with the SOPs that apply in the company
Job Requirements
- Experienced in banking, finance Min 1 year (preferred)
- Proficient in computers and software, has good public speaking skills
- Have passion as a problem solver and good time management
- Have the ability to search for information and good analysis
- Honest, Disciplined, Tenacious and Highly Dedicated
- Bachelors Education
