Talent Maximize Consulting is hiring for it\'s client which is a Retail and FMCG company based in Sharjah.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant Credit Controller with experience in Retail/Wholesale trading/ FMCG to join a dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our credit control processes and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable, assessing creditworthiness of customers, and implementing effective credit control procedures.
You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes, while also providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
Manage the credit control function, including credit assessments, monitoring credit limits, and collections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable and customer payments.
Implement and enhance credit control policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
Prepare regular reports and analysis on aging receivables, cash flow projections, and credit risk assessment.
Conduct credit checks on new customers and review credit terms for existing customers.
Monitor and enforce credit terms and conditions in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide support and guidance to junior members of the finance team, as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or Senior Accountant with a focus on credit management.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in Retail/ Modern Trade / wholesale trading experience of FMCG personal care is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
