Job Description
Micro Health Laboratories, seeking a
Credit Controller
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our accounts receivable and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. You will lead initiatives to streamline our credit control processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the credit control team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage high-value customer accounts and complex collections. Analyze customer credit risk and make recommendations on credit limits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payment. Prepare regular reports on credit control performance and debt recovery. Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and address customer queries. Day to Day reporting to the Head of the Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 2 years of experience in credit control. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
