We are searching for an accountant to help keep our finances meticulously correct and powerfully informative. The accountant will have both an immediate and lasting impact on all company operations, helping us to strategize savings, perform impactful audits, furnish leadership with crucial information, and (ultimately) grow our financial position. Connection Chauffeur Limousine is committed to serving both customers and employees in the best way possible, and it starts with keeping our own finances accurately reported, meticulously organized, and vitally strategic. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.

• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Requirements:

• Work experience as an Accountant preferably Accounts Receivables.
• BCOM in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software like tally ERP or Zero.
• Having experience in calculating vehicle EMIs, Bank Reconciliation, Loan repayment schedules, etc.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
