Credit Cards Techno Functional Expert

We are currently recruiting for Credit Cards Techno Functional Expert role for our client.

• Job title - Credit Cards Techno Functional Expert
• Location - Dubai
• Duration - 6 Months
• Requirement - Immediate (Candidates readily available to join on short notice will be given preference)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements in the cards domain to identify areas for improvement and automation
• Develop a deep understanding of various card processing systems and how they interact. Design and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and communication between different systems
• Utilize technical knowledge to work with APIs and develop custom integration solutions
• Provide expert guidance on end-to-end card processing, from card application and issuance to transaction processing, authorization, clearing, and settlement
• Stay updated on the latest regulations and compliance standards in the cards industry and ensure that the systems and processes are compliant
• Oversee the card issuance process, including card personalization, embossing, and shipping. Manage card inventory and track card activation and deactivation
• Specialize in virtual card solutions, which can include virtual card generation, management, and integration with virtual payment platforms
• Train and mentor junior consultants or client staff on card processing best practices and technical aspects
• Assess risks associated with card processing, such as fraud and security threats, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and integrations for reference and compliance purposes
• Manage end-to-end project deliveries, including project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk assessment. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
