We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven
Sales Executives (Male & Female)
for ourCredit Card Tele sales
team. The ideal candidates must have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and explain credit card products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products. Generate leads and close sales to meet assigned targets. Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service. Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions. Meet daily and monthly sales KPIs.
Requirements:
Prior experience in telesales, preferably in banking or credit card sales (Freshers with confidence and fluency are welcome). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi or any other additional languages are a plus. Strong sales and convincing skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
