Hiring Sales Officers For one of the Leading Banks In UAE Product : Credit Cards & Personal Loans Salary : Up to AED 6k Plus Incentives ( Joining Bonus For Experienced Candidates ) Experience : 1+ Years of Experience in Direct Sales of Personal Loans / Credit Cards In UAE. Location : Dubai Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking. 2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our credit card and personal loan offerings, including features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria. 3. Customer Consultation: Meet with potential customers to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable credit card and loan options. 4. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate customers about our products and services. 5. Application Processing: Assist customers with the application process for credit cards and personal loans, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 6. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and company policies to ensure ethical and legal sales practices. 7. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals. 8. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 9. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. Qualifications:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in financial products or services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Direct Sales of Personal Loans/Credit Cards: 1 year (Required)
