Job Description
- Minimum of 6 month of experience in similar role in UAE or 1 year sales experience in UAE.
- Ensure all rules, regulations and compliance standards are adhered as per company norms.
- Ensure high sales productivity levels are maintained.
- Be informed about the importance of the Brands we represent and how to represent it in attitude, appearance and behavior
- Reinforce values through daily interactions with internal Team members.
- Be updated on Product, Policy, Documentation, compliance, competition offerings etc. Training programs ongoing basis.
- Ensure customer services turnaround time and customer stratification is maintained a high level.
- Achieve sales target as assigned & managing customer expectations
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Maintain good coordination and work closely with Sr. Sales managers
- Ability to work in team & handle pressure
- Good understanding of banking rules & regulations
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Credit card sales: 1 year (Required)
