Job Description
The Direct Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business by promoting and selling credit cards to individual customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets for credit cards. Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and referrals. Cross-sell banking products to maximize revenue. Ensure excellent customer service to build long-term relationships. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Telesales Freshers mostly welcome South Asians Preferred
