Job Overview
As a Credit Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial statements, preparing detailed credit proposals, and supporting the onboarding and monitoring of the discretionary lending portfolio. This role requires coordination with internal stakeholders, compliance with bank policies, and consistent delivery of high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth credit analysis, including financial statement review, cash flow forecasting, and credit proposal preparation
• Ensure timely and accurate financial spreading and analysis in line with internal benchmarks
• Support Relationship Managers in portfolio administration, documentation, and customer interactions
• Assist in onboarding new clients and managing existing discretionary lending accounts
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit risk policies
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with product specialists in Trade Finance, Treasury, and Cash Management
• Maintain data integrity in banking systems and ensure proper file documentation
• Prepare client reports, internal MIS, and support audit requirements as needed
• Proactively address client queries and ensure high service standards
• Execute transactions while adhering to operational procedures and quality benchmarks

Governance & Standards

• Adhere to departmental SOPs, compliance policies, and regulatory standards
• Maintain high data quality and documentation accuracy
• Foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and process discipline in every client interaction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Banking (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Business Banking
• At least 3 years in a credit support or credit analysis role with progressive responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of credit risk evaluation, financial statement analysis, and lending policies
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with banking systems and corporate access channels (e.g., CIB, Phone Banking)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet service-level expectations under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and business support
