to join our Dubai team and help us define the future of the EV lifestyle in the region.
The Role:
We aren't looking for someone to just "post on social media." We need a strategic thinker who understands the psychology of the Dubai market and the technical nuances of the EV industry. You will be responsible for turning complex technical services into high-impact visual stories and marketing campaigns that drive customer trust and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Design and execute creative roadmaps that align with EVS's business goals and seasonal automotive trends in the UAE.
Content Architecture:
Create comprehensive creative briefs for the production team, ensuring all video, photo, and graphic content serves a specific strategic purpose.
Market Positioning:
Analyze the local EV market and competitor landscape to ensure EVS remains the "top of mind" authority for EV owners.
Technical Storytelling:
Collaborate with our engineers to translate "shop talk" (battery health, thermal management, software coding) into engaging content for a premium audience.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor campaign performance via data and analytics, refining strategies to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
Brand Voice:
Act as the guardian of the EVS brand, ensuring a premium, tech-forward, and reliable tone across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Requirements:

Experience:
3+ years in Creative Strategy, Brand Management, or Senior Content Strategy (Agency experience is a plus).
Skills:
Strong analytical ability paired with high-level creative vision. You should be comfortable looking at a spreadsheet one hour and a storyboard the next.
Communication:
Fluent in English with a sharp eye for copy; Arabic fluency is highly preferred given the local market.
Industry Interest:

Portfolio:
A proven track record of campaigns that delivered measurable results (growth in engagement, leads, or brand sentiment).
