Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Creative Specialist with 2-3 years of professional experience in creative conceptualization, animation, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand storytelling, creative theory, and multi-channel campaign development. You will contribute to the creative vision across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence in every project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative conceptualization and execution for marketing collateral across digital, print, social media, and website.
Develop storyboards for digital and illustrative videos.
Create animations, illustrations, and motion graphics with a hands-on approach.
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into persuasive, visually compelling concepts.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, Videographer, Digital Marketing expert and other departments to deliver high-quality creative assets.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in creative direction, animation, and graphic design within an advertising agency, creative studio, or luxury hospitality brand.
Proven experience designing marketing collateral and campaigns for luxury brands across various media.
Experience in video and photo editing.

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Video and photo editing software
Knowledge of 3D animation, modeling, and rendering is a strong advantage.
