Creative Operations / Project Director
to oversee cross-departmental workflows and ensure seamless execution of client projects. This role requires balancing creativity with operational efficiency, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all creative and production departments, including cinematography, photography, branding, web, and content.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Act as the bridge between sales/account managers and creative execution teams.
Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for each department.
Balance timelines, resources, and quality across multiple projects.
Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet both client expectations and company standards.
Foster collaboration and accountability across teams.
Report directly to senior leadership, eliminating the need for management of micro-details.
Qualifications
Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or similar leadership roles within a creative/marketing agency.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to translate client needs into structured workflows.
Knowledge of creative processes in video production, photography, branding, web, and content creation.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
