We are now looking for a

Creative Lead

to own and drive all creative aspects of our client projects. This is a leadership role that combines vision, strategy, and execution. You will guide a talented team of designers and video producers to ensure every campaign is visually powerful, brand focused, and performance driven.

What you will do

o Lead creative direction for client campaigns from concept to launcho Guide and mentor our design and video production teamso Translate client briefs into impactful and engaging campaignso Oversee development of social media creatives, ad videos, reels, and brand contento Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to align creativity with strategyo Stay updated on design trends and digital innovations locally and globallyo Maintain brand consistency while tailoring content to each client's identity

What we are looking for

o A creative thinker with proven experience leading and managing creative teamso A strong portfolio showcasing both static and video content for brandso Agency experience in marketing, advertising, or content creationo Working knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (you do not need to design daily, but you should know how to guide and evaluate)o Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillso Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with focus and confidence
