Job Description

Purpose: -
The job holder will be responsible for project delivery through creative inputs and team management.
Minimum Experience.
1-3 years managerial experience
5+ years' experience in similar role or creative agency
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a specific creative field, such as marketing, graphic design, or fine arts.
Key accountabilities: -
TEAM LEAD:
Manage campaign/project briefing process and update workflow on weekly/daily basis
Lead the creative team of 3 graphic designers in the production of all marketing collaterals
Manage and oversee all creative teams' day-to-day activities, deadlines, and workflow
CONTENT CREATION:
Lead the design and production of photography and video content used for in-store, social channels, advertising, and any other communication channel required by concept.
Produce consistent and high-quality results based on concept / brand identity through look, voice, and messaging.
Ensure all content produced has an omni-channel approach and has the same handwriting.
Participate on content creation as part of the team.
COLLABORATION:
Build strong relations with key business partners in marketing and visual merchandising teams
Organize brainstorm sessions with business partners in marketing and visual merchandising teams to understand required visual direction and objectives
Translate required objectives into clear creative strategies
Support strategic building of all content and copywrite for in-store and social channels
