Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced
Creative Lead / Senior Videographer
to lead video production and manage a creative team. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on videography expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content aligned with brand objectives.Key Responsibilities
Lead video projects from concept development to final delivery Plan, shoot, and direct professional video productions Manage and mentor videographers, editors, and creative staff Oversee post-production including editing, color grading, and sound Develop and execute creative video strategies for digital platforms Ensure brand consistency across all video content Coordinate with marketing, sales, and management teams Manage production timelines and maintain quality standards
Requirements
10-12+ years of experience in videography and video production Proven leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment Expertise in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) Strong creative vision and storytelling skills Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, corporate, or agency environments Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work Experience managing end-to-end creative workflows
