Core Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Content Development (60%)
Graphic Design
:
Design visually compelling assets:
Digital (social media posts, email templates, infographics, website banners).
Print (brochures, flyers, event signage, corporate reports).
Presentations (client pitches, investor decks, product launches).
Translate complex concepts (e.g., real estate projects, technical reports) into engaging visuals.
Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines (colors, fonts, imagery).
Multimedia Production
:
Edit videos and animations for social media campaigns.
Create interactive PDFs and digital portfolios.
2. Campaign Coordination (25%)
Social Media Management
:
Schedule posts, engage followers, and analyze performance metrics (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Event & Campaign Support
:
Design promotional materials for events (posters, invitations, digital ads).
Coordinate with vendors (printers, videographers) to ensure timely delivery.
3. Strategic Marketing (15%)
Market Research
:
Analyze competitor campaigns and industry trends to inform design strategies.
Conduct A/B testing for email campaigns and landing pages.
Brand Consistency
:
Audit all internal/external materials to ensure alignment with brand voice and visual identity.
Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress), email tools (Mailchimp), and analytics (Google Analytics).
Soft Skills
- Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication for cross-department collaboration.
Experience
- 3+ years in marketing/graphic design (real estate, architecture, or engineering sectors preferred).
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Education
- Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with 3D rendering software (SketchUp, Blender) for architectural/real estate visuals.

Fluency in Arabic/English.
Resident of UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
