We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a culinary genius with a passion for both Russian and modern Asian cuisines. They should possess strong administrative knowledge, be aware of industry trends, and have experience using the ERP system iiko or similar systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team in developing and implementing innovative menu offerings that reflect a unique blend of Russian and modern Asian cuisines.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Consistently ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency of dishes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies and ingredients into menu development.
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-control strategies and enhance profitability.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in maintaining culinary standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Efficiently use the ERP system iiko to optimize kitchen operations and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a similar executive chef role in renowned restaurants.
- Proven experience in creating innovative and successful menu offerings.
- Experience in creating retail menus for delivery and standalone cafes.
- Strong administrative skills with experience using ERP systems, preferably iiko.
- Deep knowledge of Russian and modern Asian cuisines, as well as contemporary culinary techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
