Job Description
- Create and develop new design concepts, graphics, layouts, videos, and animation for stunning video assets and content deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, mobile, etc).
- Optimize graphics and video content for digital platforms.
- Create performance-driven and brand storytelling content on multiple digital platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with graphic designers and other creative teams to create engaging and inspiring content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Support the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to design quality standards established by DAMAC\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
- Ensure sizing is correct on art for each brand for digital advertising & campaign content.
- Keep abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and analyse best techniques, contemporary trends in product design and popular music to deliver cutting-edge work.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design technics, and market research for all the current innovative design trends and recommend these where and as applicable.
- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavours and events.
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, video, colours and animation styles for the project.
- Encode, convert, edit raw & existing videos and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Support the creative and design team with photo editing, bespoke illustration, and icon design.
- Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with a strong portfolio, in high-end graphic design and video design.
