We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision of our media company in Bahrain. This role suits someone who can combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding the team to produce high-quality, visually compelling work across all formats.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative department and oversee concept development, storytelling, visual direction, and final execution. Develop and drive the company's creative strategy, ensuring innovation and consistent brand standards. Collaborate with production, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful creative solutions for client projects and internal campaigns. Present ideas, campaign concepts, and creative directions confidently to clients and stakeholders. Mentor and manage designers, videographers, editors, and content creators, ensuring professional growth and strong team output. Manage multiple projects from ideation to delivery, maintaining timelines and quality benchmarks. Stay updated on global design trends, industry shifts, and emerging technologies to elevate the company's creative capabilities.

Requirements

7-10 years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role. Proven background in media, advertising, production, or digital content creation. A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual ability, campaign leadership, and visual excellence. Ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and balance multiple high-pressure projects. Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of branding, creative strategy, and visual storytelling.
