Creative Director

to lead our artistic vision and take our shows to the next level. This is a

As the

Creative Director

at

The Only Dandy

, you'll be the driving force behind our performances, experiences, and overall creative identity. You'll lead everything from high-level concepts to detailed choreography, styling, and on-site direction. Working closely with the founder, clients, and a talented in-house team, you'll ensure that every show and experience we deliver is original, visually stunning, and aligned with our bold brand voice.

This role is ideal for someone who combines artistic vision with hands-on execution, and who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the creative future of a fast-rising entertainment company.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

Develop and own the creative vision across all performances, events, and experiences.

Choreography Direction:

Design and direct original choreography for stage shows, immersive events, and one-off performances.

Styling & Stage Aesthetics:

Oversee costume styling, set design, and visual aesthetics to create cohesive and impactful show environments.

Concept Development:

Ideate new event/show concepts that align with client needs and brand identity.

Client Collaboration:

Translate client briefs into imaginative and commercially viable performance concepts.

Team Guidance:

Collaborate with the internal creative team, choreographers, and performers to bring ideas to life.

On-Site Execution:

Lead rehearsals, manage show direction, and ensure the highest standards of performance during live events.

Adaptability:

Work closely with a small team in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and willing to take on varied creative tasks and problem solve on the fly.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a creative leadership role within live entertainment, events, performing arts, or similar fields.

Expertise:

Strong background in choreography, creative direction, or stage production.

Creative Portfolio:

Demonstrated ability to conceive and deliver standout performances and visual experiences. Please send in your portfolio along with your CV.

Collaboration:

Proven ability to work with clients, performers, and internal teams to align creative vision and execution.

Communication:

Fluency in English is essential.

Work Ethic:

Proactive, resourceful, and passionate about live performance. Comfortable with non-traditional work hours during event periods.
